Can you walk us through a typical day in your life, balancing your full-time job and content creation?
The past months have been challenging for me because I’m now required to report to the office thrice a week. That means that I need to use the first two hours of my day traveling to work. I began writing articles about my travels when I was in Korea. My full-time job back then isn’t requiring me to teach 8 hours a day. I think I only teach 2 to 3 hours a day. This means that I have around 5 hours to prepare for my classes. Since I work fast, I can still manage to write articles on my free time.
Have you faced any significant challenges in juggling both roles and how have you overcome them?
My major challenge is that I can’t commit to event invitations that happens on weekdays. Now, I’ve learned to delegate tasks to other people. I started sending representatives to events this year.
How do you maintain a healthy work-life balance, and what role does content creation play in that balance?
Content creation gives me the opportunity to experience new activities. During the weekends, I often go to a new place or try a new restaurant. I feel that my weekends are the best time to recharge.

You don’t need to spend a lot, read a book, listen to podcasts, and watch some tutorials which are readily accessible online.

What motivates you to continue creating content despite the demands of your full-time job?
Being a content creator for 10 years, I realized that I have to stay relevant to survive in this industry. I get motivation from my followers who supports me. Whenever I take a social media break, I get comments and messages from them asking about any updates. Also, content creation is my break from my full-time job. I find joy in exploring new places.

Actually, I feel that being a content creator prevents me from being burnt out from work. With my busy schedule, I always have something to look forward to. Every weekend is a new adventure.
